Trying to pay my car payment! - Account Payment

I have been paying my car payment for 2 years now, never have had a problem. That all changed when i tried to pay it this month. For some reason my password was wrong for my online account so it locked me out. It then took my to my security questions but guess what? Those were wrong as well! Then when i called i was on hold for 30 minutes just so they could tell me that i would have to call back tomorrow and see if they could unlock my account online and there was nothing they could do for me. Also staing that my zip code was wrong on my account so paying it over the phone would be impossible. Who would know my zip code better than i? Then when i called the next day they contacted a specalist to relay my issue and they could not even fix it! I finally was told to make a new account with another email to even pay! I cannot believe all the stress i had to go through to give them my money!!
