We paid $3,750 to Claremont for a guaranteed Loan Modification.
We applied several times and were rejected by the bank, including a final rejection. We did not meet the 31% housing cost ratio.
Something Mr. Kalistan, and Barbara Yonenson would have known as we went over our finances with them prior to hiring.
After speaking first with Albert, and then being directed to Barbara they both agreed we would get a refund. We have been getting nothing but a run around from them since September. Our initial involvement with them started in November.
After we paid them we later found out it was illegal for them to require payment before the actual Modification was in place.
