They said we qualified for modification. Never sent us copies of paperwork sent to mortgage company. They said they had attorneys that worked for them but processor said she would have to talk to her attorney friend in kansas city mo.??? Was told we would get our money back by the head office manager they were having meeting on it on 3-20 and they would get back with us. Wont answer phone calls, emails, text messages etc.
