James Pope, Alex Ham, Richard Wanek False service offers, failed to provide service advertized and paid for.internet

They offered to provide service in helping to file and acquire a settlement or loan modification enrollment by making sure all documents were filed, and all compliance was performed in application and consideration for the Loan Modification program. They failed to follow up when informed by the underwriters of missing documents, they failed to contact me to acquire the missing documents, and failed to follow-up and inform me of the status of the application. They also failed to return my phone calls and emails inquiring about the status of the applications.in the end, after numerous attempts to contact them, I contacted the underwriters directly and was informed that my application was expired. It was not denied, it was expired because they did not recieve the documents requested and recieved some documents too late to be considered.

To date Claremont has still not responded to my calls, emails, or faxes.
