I bought a greendot for $30. Registered it. Paid a bill for $25. Recieved my personalized card and was told I was blocked for fraudulent activity. Never had a greeddot in my life. They said I purchased a card in Oct and used it fraudulently... The transactions were in Maine, I live in socal. Now they will never issue me a card and the only way to get the remaining $5 is to find the original reciept for my greendot purchase and fax to them... Which I threw out when I activated the temporary card. I'm soooo angry with this right now! Stay away from greendot...
