A totally unethical company. We waited for over 5 months for a refinance... Appraisal now has to be redone. We give up

Do not use this company! Totally incompetent and unethical. They took so long to process our refinancing that the appraisal had to be redone (120 days is the norm). We have waited 5 months. We have great credit. We have provided them with mountains of paperwork in a very timely manner. We would like our appraisal and processing money returned and end this insanity, but we do not know if that is possible. Any ideas. This has been so frustrating.
