Astonished to know that i am another victom

I am totally astonished! All this time i really thought that i was crazy for being charge extremely high annual fees, late fees even when a statement had not been recieved, being charged 5.00$ for doing check by phone and the payment still wouldn't post right away, having to call long distance and not being serviced properly by a live talking reprsentative. I've been charged over the limit fees and i had not went over the limit but because of a charge they decided to add it made me go overthe limit.

They are a very dirty company i'm glad this website exist and i hope this site gets us help. I am a mother of two and one on the way and i don't own a home yet and i don't want this as a negative on my credit.

Ive faithfully paid this each month anywhere fromm$100.00 to 300.00 even when they ask for a miminmum of 90. Oodollars and it doesn't reduce what i owe at all. Please someone help please!
