Horrible company - horrible customer service! - customer service

I noticed a judgement on my credit report, even after paying GE money in full. I am suppose to close on a home today and they refuse to give me a letter right away stating my account is in good standing; they're telling me that I have to wait 7-10 business days, despite that fact that I told them I will lose my deposit of $10,000. They are by far the worse company i have dealt with!
