Need a license to rip-off "trailer trash" in Texas

We vote for people we think that will help us but the help never comes. They say, "who cares"? After reading the rip-offs of "beware the seller" GreenPoint Credit. I find that they seem to find people that work for them that just got out of jail. They lie, lose your payment, do not record your payment, get insurance for your Mobile Home, charge you, tell you that you have missed a payment, just a few of their tricks.

It seems that they have the law on their side but they do "need a license to loan money in Texas" Now they are selling some or all of the contracts to Green Tree. Yes, they called me 7 days a week, even evenings. Yes, they came to my house and said that they would repo it and still make me make the payments. It seem that no one can stop them, not even the Texas State Attorney General, he may be to busy for "us trailer trash" as one of our leaders once said. Maybe there is a law that can stop some of these people from cashing in on the poor.

Watch what you sign, read the contract. When a $29,000.00 Mobile Home cost $110,000.00, They make $89,000.00 the 29,000.00 plus the cost of Insurance and State taxes. Yes, we pay state taxes in texas for Mobile Homes even though we are renting the space. Welcome to the "real World" folks, you pay and pay and pay. Who cares?
