More continuing ripoffs of the little "trailer trash" people

What nerve they have to come knocking on our front door?

OK. Where shall we start?

After purchasing our 89 Fairmont Doublewide in May...

We noticed that they were charging us an outrageous amount for Mobile-Home insurance that we finally were able to stop after complaining to the OHIO INSURANCE COMMISSION... Then they stopped... Because we had ALLSTATE we saved some money.

Then a year later in 2001 we filed for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy but have always continued paying them and never missed any payment.

Now here it is 2003... And the Bankruptcy has been discharged and GREENPOINT CREDIT is saying that we defaulted and want to re-possess!

They never sent us any "history of payments" to prove we missed any payments... And we even sent them a catch up check just last month for over 615 dollars.

Now they continue to harass and call my wife at her work every other day... And they have even made a stop at our home and left us one of theeir charming PERSONAL & CONFIDENTIAL letters.
"Sorry we missed you... Blah blah blah!"

We have been trying to sell this doublewide... And get out of this "trailer Trash" park we now seem to be trapped in...

Certainly we will expose and tell anyone not to ever deal with GREENPOINT CREDIT... And make the same mistake.
