Like so many others on this blog, I wish I had rwad this first. Still waiting for the return of a £500 deposit taken from me in September. They do not reply to emails and I have no alternative to take them to the small claims court. If anyone from the company is reading this, Booking Reference A10036579, I'm now taking legal action.
