Will not return money after admitting they have received product back so i am out $ and all product

Item obtained from Television offered me a continuing sickness experience and so I delivered. While buying initially I told them-not to deliver instantly however they did anyhow and charged my bank card. I named and terminated but that didn't quit and customer support stated somebody should have hit incorrect key (yes positive). Therefore next they stated deliver back with RMA number as needed. I did so this and also have postoffice verification number they have obtained on Sept. 3 2009 at 1:25pm. Customer support stated that once they obtain item it'll be about week to 2 months and cash is likely to be delivered. March 1 named plus they stated we forgot to (strike within the RMA number again) and today you'll have delay one or two billing cycles for that reimbursement. I've adopted every demand towards the notice and customer support has accepted serveral of the inner screw-upis but I'm BEING BEING PUNISHED AND MUST WAIT one or two billing cycles? Additionally please be aware the customer support brokers are becoming more "W hy" with every phone and that I wish anyone-even considering using the services of the corporation BELIEVES AGAIN and preserves their hard earned bucks.
