Ulta.com scams with "out of stock" items! - Ulta nail polish

Do not order from ulta.com!!! I am never shopping at ulta.com again! They claim to give you discounts if you spend so much, but then items mysteriously don't come because they're "out of stock", and you don't get the coupon discount because of it!

I bought one thing there and received a coupon for so much off if I spent so much. So I ordered the required dollar amount with 5 items - I received 4. They didn't charge me for the 5th item, but they didn't give me the discount either! There was NO indication on the website that the item was out of stock.

The next coupon I used was $5 off $10, so I bought a $8 polish and a $3 to get the discount. Guess which item was "out of stock"? The $8. Guess if I got the discount? Nope. I spent $6 shipping on a $3 item! Again, no notification on the website that the item was out of stock.

Unless they agree to my support request to send me the "out of stock" item free of shipping charge and apply my discount, I am never shopping there again! (And frankly, my hopes aren't high!)
