I went to sign up for the laser shaping in may 08 and at that time the signed me up for a credit card. They charged $4988.00 to the card without any services rendered at the time. My appt. Was schedule for 2 months later. I called today to see if i had to fast before the blood test and they were out of business and i'm out $4988.00...
