Carpt cleaning

Dear Sirs,

I would like to complain. On 08.09.2011 I purchased voucer for £28. It is Carpet cleaning for 2 rooms of any size plus hallway from the company 'Clean Co Homes'. The company is located in Chadderton, Oldham UK.

Since I purchased the voucher I am constantly on the phone - every day. But the company get in touch only once with me, asked to provide security code and address. They promissed to call me back. Now is alredy the third week when I wait for cleaner to come back. I really feel as I was offered to pay for the service which doean not evenexists! I went to their office, but could not find the office by the address provided.
Please can i have refund in full as i do not want this cleaning service any more - due to the way they treat the customer.

I would say to my friends not to uzse the Goupon as you cannot advertise dishonest business!
