Pixwrap picture printing - Picture on canvas printing from pixwrap

I purchased print on canvas from pixwrap from groupon. I ordered my item a few months back. They confirmed my order via e mail and also on the phone. I still did not get my picture. I just left them a voice massage and for the third time they denied getting my attachment! This is the worse company I ever dealt with. I always shop from groupon but never again from pixwrap
