I read all these complaints & cant believe they are about groupon... Not saying i dont believe you... But they are 180 degrees from my experience. We have purchased several restaurant deals, a couple massages... And each experience was great... No problems at all.
On the other side, we have used groupon twice in our family biz. Each time we sold approximately 300... And we made money on them. We sell travel... So it's different than selling goods... So maybe that's why. But we were very pleased both times & will be doing it again.
