Jd's Aesthetic Awful service!

Please think carefully before you buy this cheap deal. I bought this IPL hair removal package last year. The boss which is also the beautician called Joanne (if I'm not mistaken) is really awful! They recently moved to a new place without inform customer. I have appointment on that day and saw the shop was completely locked!!! I was all the way down from Newcastle to Sunderland. I thought they were having lunch, so I decided to wait. There was a shop beside this Jd beauty salon. The guy in the shop told me that a lot of customers were coming to here these few weeks but unable to get in as me. They try to make a call for me and there is only a message which mentioned that they were moved recently. Don't you think customer should be informed earlier before you moved? The most importantly is they don't even make an effort to message customer that have treatment on that day. I purposely travel to Sunderland just for this treatment!!! I keep calling Jd beauty landline and no one is answering the phone, which make me feel like Im being a fool!!!

Finally, Im able to call the Jd beauty and make another appointment. The location is really hard to find. I try to call them few times for the right direction. Again, no one answering the phone!!! When I get in the Jd beauty, I was told to be wait again, although I'm on time. This happened for few times!!!

IPL removal is not pain free although they claims it is!!! I try to ask the beautician, which is Joanne to reduce the wavelength so that the pain would be lesser. I put it in a very polite way. She is simply impolite and reply: I know this very well, I don;t need you to remind me!!! What??? Do you know what is customer service. You just don't know how to respect people. I'm the one who having treatment. I need to let you know that I feel very pain during the treatment yet you just reply in this way!!! I really really disappoint with Jd beauty. I don't think this kind of customer service would keep your customer coming back!!! I wouldn't coming back for Jd beauty even it;s free!!!

I sincerely advice Groupin please choose appropriately company for all the deals. Simply choosing a company without knowing their background would just ruin your reputation!!!
