Where's my order?

I placed an order last June 29 and it's already the 25th of July and still dont have my goods. What is wrong with this company? I emailed their customer service and the cant even tell me why it's been delayed. I was given $5 in my groupon account but what for??? After these unfulfilled transaction they expect me to order again??? No way!!!
