Keeps on charging me for groupon services paid for already! - Eco-star cleaning

I bought two Eco-star cleaning groupon s, one for 3 hours and one for 4 hours. We were moving from one condo to another and decided to use the 4 hour coupon to have the condo cleaned by a "professional" service. What Eco-star doesn't tell you is that the hours are per person, so they only cleaned for two hours. And they did a horrible job. They didn't do the bathroom, tubs, kitchen, etc. So anyway, instead of making a fuss I used the 3 hour coupon to have them do it again. They did an OK job that time, but still not as good as I expected a cleaning service to do. Now Eco-star keeps calling me and billing me for the 3 hour groupon that was paid for already! What is going on here?
