Issued an already used certificate - Groupon sold me already used coupon. Fraud

Purchased coupon via Groupon for FTD flowers for $40 at the price of $20. When doing the purchased on FTD website, they issued statement that the coupon number from Groupon has already been used.

Called FTD customer service who recommended calling Groupon customer service. Called Groupon customer service who said they would have to escalate the issue to the next level and would call me the same day with the resolve. This was 3 days ago. I have called Groupon at 3 times per day, with no resolve as well as no one there cares, each time they ask me if they can help me with another purchase - I stated until this is resolved no way would I EVER BUY from them as they sold me a already used coupon! Fraud!
