Coupon for FTD Flowers Was Already Used When Purchased

I purchased a coupon via Groupon for FTD flowers for $40 at the price of $20. When making the purchase on the FTD website, they stated that the coupon number from Groupon had already been used.

I called FTD customer service, who recommended calling Groupon customer service. I called Groupon customer service, who said they would have to escalate the issue to the next level and would call me the same day with a resolution. This was 3 days ago. I have called Groupon 3 times per day with no resolution, and no one there cares; each time they ask me if they can help me with another purchase. I stated that until this is resolved there is no way I would ever buy from them, as they sold me an already used coupon. Fraud!
