I had an appointment there a week or so ago and it was closed at 4.30pm.

I had missed my 4th appointment by 5 minutes and so had to reschedule for the following week. I managed to speak to the receptionist and an assistant for about 10 minutes and they seemed really nice. Just extremely overworked. They had also recently lost a few staff members due to this reason. Which would explain the bad customer service reviews on websites.

The shop hasn't been emptied out so my guess is that the remaining staff have just left. It also seems like it would have been sudden because the receptionist was telling me good places to park so I wasn't late again.

I drive past the shop everyday so if I see it open again I will let people know. I don't hold much expectation of this happening though. And I don't think people will be getting their money back, which is a shame for those who haven't used their vouchers yet.

I only paid £100 so it isn't a massive loss. And the sad thing is 1. I started to see a real reduction in hair growth. And 2. I probably would have paid for more sessions afterwards.

The owners should be ashamed that they have wasted lots of peoples time. And haven't even bothered sending an email of apology. They clearly cannot manage staff and have not idea how to run a sustainable business model. There must be a great demand but they have managed it terribly.
