La Beaute Clinique HAS shut down!

I've had a terrible experience with La Beaute Clinique ever since purchasing a groupon voucher for IPL treatment. The customer service was ridiculously poor and the staff were very rude.

When I turned up for my last session, the place was closed and it seemed as though it had been closed for a while as there was mail outside the door.

I've been trying to contact them for over a week now, but that proved hopeless as clearly noone is there and even if anyone was there, as many of you will already know, they don't answer their phone!

Anyway, I've just contacted groupon directly on 020 3510 0444 and they were very helpful. They have confirmed that the business has shut down and are providing groupon customers with any outstanding sessions a refund for those sessions.

So I'd advise you to call them.
