I got the voucher with La Boutique Clinique for laser treatment. To get through to them on the phone it’s almost impossible. So I had to drive to their clinic just to book my first appointment. The receptionists that work there look rather inappropriate for this type of environment – overdressed -they look like they are going for the party. When you open the door they are not interested in you. You walk to the desk and stand there, and you see that the receptionists don’t have much to do, the phone is ringing and them two just talking to each other or they are busy talking on their private phones. So you standing there watching them and hoping that they will eventually notice you. Few minutes later they notice you asking a funny question: "Are you all right there? ” What a welcome atmosphere!!!

I arrived on my first appointment 20min before the time of my treatment, even though my appointment was late 30 minutes!!! The treatment I had was done too quick and not properly. I use these types of services regularly and I have experience from other clinics. I’m not happy with that service!!! Because they selling their services on Grupon in the attractive offer, that doesn’t mean that they need to perform such a bad and unprofessional service (customer service and treatment service) The other thing is, to change the date of your appointment you have to visit their clinic personally because you won’t be able to do it over the phone-simply because the receptionists at La Boutique Clinique don't answer the phone. Next thing is if you miss your appointment they will mark it as missed - lost, so you lose your session permanently!!! How discussing is that!!! Other thing is, as I was talking to the receptionist at La Boutique Clinique, the woman standing next to me was complaining to other receptionist. The other receptionist seems to look a bit care less, she just looks at the upset woman with a funny face expression, and that was definitely not a wright face expression for that situation. After the upset woman left I said to both of the receptionists that it is impossible to get through to them on the phone and I ask them if they have other contact number that I can use to book my appointments. Both of them approached me with a bit of attitude, saying that they are very busy these days and that this is the only contact number they have and if I want to make an appointment I need to be patient and keep calling until get through, or request a call back (I wonder how long the call back would take!). I have to say that wasn’t the answer I expected.
The clinic itself is one of the best I ever attended – well designed, clean, well equipped – equipment up to date. Plenty of rooms, good organisation structure from profession point of view. I wonder where the problem is. Is it the management that does not look after the unhappy staff or is it just wrong people at the wrong places at La Boutique Clinique?
