L'Oreal
L'Oreal bottle will only pump about half way - L'oreal visible lift

I have bought two bottles of L'oreal visible lift and both have quite pumping at about 1/2 full. The first I thought was an exception, but it happened again on the second one. I like the product but will not buy it again if this is not corrected. What can I do?
