L'oreal Visible Lift Foundation complaint

Tried this foundation for the first time and really loved it. However I got almost to the end of the bottle and the poorly designed bottle does not allow you to get the last weeks worth of make-up out of the bottle.

Bottle is fitted with a pump dispenser that does not pump anything out when it gets low. Cap does not skrew off to allow you to get to it that way. So, for the amount this costs I expect to be able to use it ALL! Not three quarters of it.
