Worst customer service

Bottom line - if they owe you money it takes forever to get it back. I have been trying to get a refund on disputed charge since November (6 months so far). I finally got the refund approved for payment on April 10th and I'm still waiting for the money. NYSC only does manual refund checks (even though the take your monthly fees out electronically every mont) and there is absolutely no way to contact the account payable department to find out th status of the refund. Everything goes thru customer service and they can't even tell you the status. They have to send an "inquiry" to their own finance dept and wait several days for a respone. I'm so frustrated and disappointed in their customer service. This is the worst customer service nightmare I have every experienced. I'm still waiting since November and no one can tell me when my check will be sent.

Join another gym that actually cares about their customers. New York Sport Club takes your money promptly every month but makes you beg and scream when they owe you money in return!
