I ordered a trial sample which automatically signed me up for a monthly membership. (didnt see the fine print) The sample caused me alleric problems. The following month my corporate credit card was charged over $70.00. When I called they cancelled my subscription and told me to send back the product. The product arrived 3 days later, I sent it back UNOPENED. Two weeks later they confirmed receiving it and said the payment was sent back to my bank on my credit card days earlier. It has been 9 days and the payment has NOT appeared on my card. They did not give me back my $70.00 even tho I returned the product. I called again, they said they sent it, check with my bank, they are done. My bank said they never received it. I trust my bank since my employer sends me direct deposit for my pay. They have never lost a direct deposit. Stages of Beauty appears to be lying and running me in circles. I better not get another charge this month. I want my money returned. When I call and ask for a supervisor I am sent in circles. Stages of Beauty is free to provide me an email address to a helpful supervisor, or a direct phone number to someone who can help. The main customer service number is no help.
