Until recently I've often had good support at Sun-Tan Town, nothing to complain about. Although not too much time before these were having a totally free bronze week. Often I acquired the spray color however for this specific occasion I needed to test another tanning bed.

After I got there I informed the assistant woman I needed to complete the “free bronze thing”, anticipating her to jerk after which ask me about my choices, but rather she folded her eyes at me and looked over me like I had been silly, enjoy it would be considered a large work on her to possess to speak with me.

Well pardon me! What did she need me to complete, clarify in specific small depth anything I needed, quickly the bat? I had been wishing to obtain a small info from her, or atleast a polite introduction. I wasn’t being rude, therefore there is no reason behind her to become rude in my experience. Why do businesses employ such rude people? It isn’t advantageous to business.

I sent the organization to protest, however they never returned with me. With this particular type of customer support and such rude and irritated workers, it's no surprise they're dropping company!
