Requested an Anniversary band for my spouse like a 1st wedding present. Site states 7-10 days from purchase day to shipping. This matched me when I needed to conserve for that band and just had the resources open to purchase it 14 days before and so I had the full time. Nicely after 12 times there is no indication of it. I tried contacting but all I acquired was a registered information requesting me to depart my specifics that we did. I also sent. Ultimately got an answer saying they couldnt reply the telephone because they were stock-taking! Discuss beginner. I had been also recommended the band had been hallmarked and could be prepared for mail in 4 times as a result of bank holiday. Wedding present destroyed. I sent back for a reason but no response, no-call back - nothing. Next time they notice from me is to stop the purchase. Don't consider the opportunity together. Whenever we purchase jewelry we invest lots of cash and its own often a unique present for somebody we enjoy - dont abandon it right down to the expertise of the couple of boys - ive discovered the hard way. I'll just get one 1st wedding and because of them its been destroyed.
