4 strikes, you're out - Spa Day

Bella Donna - I purchased massage package for myself, my daughter, and one massage for my granddaughter.
My daughter has been cancelled 3 times.
I just scheduled for myself and have been cancelled.
This is not acceptable.
The reason is the same - their massage therapist quit.

I am in process of working through this with Groupon. 1st response offer - Bella Donna will call me to reschedule. After 4 cancels, no thanks.
2nd response offer - I get groupon bucks. No thanks, as I feel apprehensive about 'deals.'
I have requested credit to me credit card and am waiting for response.
