Zero customer serveice and their product does not work

I`ve purchased Clear Skin Max online from Roduve and i`ve requested them a couple of questions concerning the item (Like the way the heck to make use of it properly while there is no booklet), i`ve delivered them a message on the customer support website plus they responded (Automated concept) that it requires normally 13 hours to get a problem to be solved. It`s been 11 DAYS.

And my the entire idea of the merchandise was that it opens the skin, it created my skin worse

No solution from customer support (After another concept) and also the item is complete garbage.
