Snake Venom Skin Serum

At the beginning of September I purchased a voucher for a beauty product from groupon. The product was snake venom skin serum by Skin Chemists. When I tried to redeem my voucher on-line I was unable to and contacted Richard Walker at Skin Cemists via e-mail. Richard assured me if I tried again in a couple of days the problem would be solved but of course it wasn't. I then contacted Richard Walker at Groupon who has assured me on several occasions that it is all in hand and being dealt with once again no joy. Surely I do not have to take this company to court over a £19.99 jar of face cream!!! A refund would suffice at this stage.
