Blatant theft

I had been to get a reimbursement simply because they never mounted the gear in the area I bought it from. I bought the remedies in FEBRUARY 10. Sean Hoffman from corporate has lied in my experience during the last 4 weeks each time I talked with him, informing me a check is arriving and he'll I would like to know when. He never calls and really lies in my experience each time I enter contact with him. Just how can a business work in this method. Please don't prepay for-anything as the corporation CAn't be respected. I'm still awaiting my reimbursement that has yet in the future. I believe I've no option but to follow this officially. If you're approached by Sean Hoffman, don't place any worth into something he lets you know. He's the organization puppet informing clients the things they wish to notice, although not providing on some of his guarantees!
