I also had the toughest encounter with this particular organization. I named and asked about laser hair treatment, that they explained in the future in and obtain started that evening. I went in thinking I had been spending money on a process that will begin that evening. Gina got my $1000 deposit then proceeded to inform me they were also busy that evening. I subsequently requested to get a reimbursement she mentioned come tomorrow plus they press me in. 24 hours later, they delivered me to Schaumburg, where they didnt possess the proper laser! Then they provided me a free cosmetic, that ended up to be always a chemical peel! It required levels of skin off my experience!!! I will have marks on my experience plus they nevertheless have my deposit for my laser facial treatment!!! Rawlings and Sean Hoffman WOn't return my calls or cash til I signal a waiver that produces their duties!!! Don't visit them whatsoever they took my money without even giving me support!!! I've since employed an attorney!
