I'm informing this tale to everybody that I will. I requested $500 of sneakers at shoes.com on 11/29. It's 12/14 but still haven't delivered them. They've explained they have had a PC problem by which they've no visability of purchases between 11/25 and 11/29 (however I obtained another purchase that I positioned on 11/25 okay although a little delayed). They charged me METHOD before I really obtained the merchandise (that will be improper) and today after I request a reimbursement of the cash they decline. They've lied in my experience on several occasion informing me the item has been delivered, then that's has not (therefore obviously they're unsure). I've questioned this cost with my charge card but this really is no bit and that I am really disappointed using the method the organization has managed this case. I attempted to contact them-and examine it together plus they HUNG-UP ON ME!!! I'm an auditor and that I understand when somebody is informing me lies and that I realize that shoes.com is laying big style. Do not spend your own time as of this organization - move elsewhere...
