Horrible customer service

I registered for remedies and settled them down entirely. Not really halfway through my remedies, National Laser Middle turn off the center near my house and shifted to a different town without prior notice for their clients. A brief drive to and in the center converted into a-2 hour travel. This is not a transfer across down or outside, they'll turn off and also have you follow them to a different town simply because they WOn't provide your cash back. Exactly what a MAIN TROUBLE! You've to clear a whole evening simply get solutions completed. I attempted to obtain my money-back along with a reimbursement procedure was started. They actually established my check to become coming. After six months of providing me the work-a-around they named and stated that my reimbursement was refused and that I will not be receiving my cash back. Their move was within some "usage restriction" consequently all clients' discounts were refused. Their justification was "these werenot conscious their center was moving plus they were downsizing because of the economy". However they were looking to get as numerous clients as you can to register for remedies before they shut down by offering purchase 1 get 2 free deals. Should you need to obtain remedies out of this location, DON'T sign a deal. Pay by therapy so they do not consider your cash and work. I'd NEVER conduct business with this specific BAD ORGANIZATION again!!
