Today I went to the Sun Tan City in Lexington, Ky, on Lowry Ln.

Yesterday, I'd had two TERRIBLE incidents with customer service, and consequently, had a terrible day.

Anyway, when I went in today, Julie (which is the district manager) and the Salon Director of this particular location TRULY made me feel like they appreciated my business.

Sun Tan City has outstanding customer service. They have clean beds, beds that WORK, and an amazing staff.

It's nice when you go in to an establishment, you get exactly what you pay for, and on top of that, the employees there can turn your day from bad to good, without even knowing it.

PROPS to Julie and the Lexington staff. Again, OUTSTANDING customer service. I will always be a customer of Sun Tan City, and so should you!
