Poor hair service

I made an appointment for a body wave, the day of my appointment they said they didn't have enough rollers to do the wave and would order some additional ones. A week went by and the manager never ordered the rollers. 2 weeks went by and still no response so I gave up. Turns out none of the stylists knew how to perform a textured wave even though they advertised it. A friend of mine went in for a simple trim and it was crooked! Horrible, horrible service and stylists.
