Lousy salon customer service

Ulta Salon in Avon Ct. Has horrid customer service. The don't honor appointments, saying that they called you to cancel the morning of when they did not do so. So I showed up twice for an appointment and both times was not seen. The manager is incompetent and rude and did not bother to offer any help with the situation. On another occassion I observed stylists gossiping about a client as soon as they had left. Very unprofessional. There is no recourse since the manager herself doesn't give a hill of beans and is "in charge". Won't be back.
