Our criticism is by using revenue support and employees. All started with ami in revenue who cited me the incorrect cost on the band I needed to buy. More than 3 weeks later I had been created conscious of this screw-up after I thought I'd your final cost of 550dollars also it ended up to become over1900!!! I9 reported to jessica the supervisor who's rude and didnt appear to treatment at-all and also the vicepresident as well as rich kesslers spouse! Essentially them all explained the cost is what it's plus they don't change it out. They take no liability for messing up and provide no offers or breaks there. My guidance to anybody considering likely to kesslers is that this... You'll get far-far greater support and acutely better offers and support and cope with un-stuck on themselves employees at kays jewelers in mayfair mall than you'll actually reach kesslers!!! Consider my suggestions about that one please...
