Lemon Tree Ruined my hair and refuses to give me a refund!

I visited the Lemon Tree in Levittown on Saturday, went in for a touch up on my highlights and a trim... Left with 4 inches missing and half a head of highlights and out $120... The girl who did my hair must have had a ceasure before doing my hair because she was completely incompetent. Christine was her name and she BUTCHERED my hair. The highlights AND cut are both uneven, and I'm had a hard time even speaking to someone in charge. I was so upset that I left the salon in tears. Something must be done about this, they cannot continue to ruin people's hair and steal our hard earned money. I am so dissatisfied and will NEVER go there again... The owner finally contacted me and refuses to refund my money, so now I'm forced to pay TWO hair salons to do the same service in the same week! Unacceptable! The staff is rude, the customer service is nonexistant and to say that they are unprofessional is an understatement.
