I whent in and asked if my hair was healthy enough for highlights and the girl said yes and i got it done now my hair is breaking soo much and it looks burnt and not all the highlights are the same co

I went to regis thinking i would get a nice new look, well i walked in and i asked her if she could go highlights and she said yes. I asked her if my hair was healthy enough because i didnt want it to get ruined or come out ugly and she said it was fine. Next thing i know my hair started to break from the tips and i started cutting it myself because when i called to let her know she said its because i was not taking care of it and this was just about a week after. I told her i had already bought treatments and conditioners so that was not the problem. She said to come in the Next Week! Because she was going on vacation! I was very scared my hair just kept falling off and it looked horrible, well for my luck i wasnt able to get off work the day i suppose to go in for a treatment. Now im stuck with this horrible burn hair and my tips wont stop breaking. I regret going to that stupid place where they just ruined my hair and i pay lots and lots of money for, not including the hair treatments i bought on the side.
