Won't Remedy Damaged Items Received - Pool Supplies

I recently purchased a spa cover from Affordable Spa Covers.com. I was out of town when it arrived so an employee received it for me. Upon returning, I noticed a hold in the box caused by a forklift. I contact Kay at Affordable Spa Covers who claims they have no record of my purchasing a cover and that I needed to prove that I did. I addition to a photo of the damage, I have supplied her with a photo of the box label with Pro No. She now refuses to remedy the situation because it is "our fault that we did not inspect the box properly and have it refused". It would be nice if all people were perfect but the damage (1/4" wide by 5" long on one side of the box) can and did easily go unnoticed. Anyhow, it seems they will not budge on remedying the problem. DONT BUY from Affordable Spa Covers.com!
