I’m extremely impressed with the quality and service from AFFORDABLE SPA COVERS (ASC). I purchased the 4” to 2” tapered cover with 1.5 pound foam. When I received my first cover from ASC it had minor damage from Estes (the shipping company). I was told if your cover gets damaged during shipping not to accept it. I almost signed for it since the damage was minimal but the driver also told me I didn’t have to accept it, so I did not sign for it and he took it back.

I wrote an email to ASC saying I rejected the new cover because of minor damage. Within 24hrs they manufactured a new cover and had it on a truck to CA. I rank that as excellent customer service!

My new cover arrived 6 business days after I returned the first one. I really like the fit and finish of this cover. You can tell ASC is very careful with attention to detail. All the seams and skirting are straight or follow the curves nicely. The vinyl fits snug to the foam top and bottom. I should also mention I have a complex cover with 3 different radiuses and the new cover fits my Jacuzzi perfectly.

This is my first cover from ASC, but the third cover I have purchased for my spa over an 11 year period. I can easily say the cover from ASC is the best and definitely would purchase from them again. My 1st cover lasted 7 years. My 2nd cover purchased from Factory Direct Spa Covers was completely falling apart in less than 4 years.

6 mil vapor barrier (most other companies use 3 or 4 mil plastic) The thicker the plastic the better, helps prevent water logging. (That’s one reason my previous two covers failed.)
