Poor service, quality, dirty displays

I have been a huge fan of ULTA for many, many years. What is happening with Bridge Pointe? I have totally given up on your Salon service, extremely poor; did they graduate from Beauty School? How much experience, guidance, further training do they have? All of my friends laugh when I mention Ulta hair salon. It definitely does not add to the high-end experience.
I was talked into a "brow wax" the last time I was there. This person talked non-stop; it was especially difficult in that I had to figure out what she was saying due to the language barrier; definitely not relaxing. No, I have not returned.
I guess today was the last straw. I walked in, no one even knew I was there! Two women were talking. I navigated the store by myself. I wanted to buy ULTA lipstick, which I recommend to my friends. Does anyone even look at the display? This is the third time that the ULTA display was the pits. The lipsticks were empty, the samples and few available were misplaced, the display was filthy. I actually dove into the drawer below to attempt to find a lipstick. (that was a mess, too.)
I know that I would have purchased a lot more if someone would have assisted me, although, during my last visits, it wasn't that helpful. For instance, last time, I was attempting to buy foundation and asked the "clerk" whether he thought that I should continue with Dermatological, and if so, what color, as the season had changed. He had NO idea!!!
Alas, ULTA was my treat! Everyone bought me gift cards for ULTA; it used to be a wonderful experience. What's happening? The store is a mess, the salespersons do not reflect "beauty, " nor whom I would request advice for...
I know that, as soon as I can find another beauty supplier for dermatological and ensure a fun experience, I am definitely there!
