FREE gift wasn't free

I visited arvest.com along with a study jumped up. It believed to consider this 30 sec study and obtain a free* present. And so I visited onto it, accepting it was some promotional present, but it stated all I'd to complete was spend shipping and handling. And so I requested my spouse a set of shades for Valentine's, thinking I acquired much even when these werenot the highest quality spectacles. I obtained a contact confirming my purchase also it stated I really could be prepared to obtain my cargo within 5-7 business days. We still haven't obtained the purchase, that we positioned on Feb. 6, however they are now actually receiving me $98.99 and declaring it had been a "test" present. I've delivered 3 emails since you can't contact their 877 amount. I had been on-hold for 17 units after which it stated "expansion 000 couldn't be discovered" and my phone was dropped.
