Took my money and closed down

I'm very dissapointed in REAL MED-SPA, I settled 2,700.00 bucks in Sacramento CA. I respected the area since it was in Downtown plaza mall, the team was genuine pleasant while attempting to sell the box in my experience however it all made around. They basically reduced it-like half the quantity of what I settled. After 2 periods. (the Next period the laser device over-heated plus they burned my experience. I'd reddish places throughout my throat but was informed it had been regular since I'd long-hair there plus they couldnt reduce it down dont understand why. They explained to hold back and guide my visit in of a month due to the harm they triggered it had a need to recover only a little. Anyhow, after I named they planned it for March 31st of 2008. About the 31st I obtain a telephone call in the nurse that requires me to reschule since its halloween evening and he or she want to be together with her kids. I had been supportive I informed her to not fear which I'd call-back and reschudle. Next, I named numerous occasions and I'd possibly obtain a voicemail, active indication or somebody stating that they're also hectic and they'll contact me back. Well that never happend nobody actually named me back. Someone has my 2700 bucks. Very few individuals have 2700 hundred thats just laying around. I thought I applied it permanently cause but was incorrect. I also known as their corporate workplace and also have a notice from their store stating that they're not able to approach my reimbursement at the moment. Whatever which means.
