I'd a charge card from Capital One having a $500.00 stability from 5 years back, nicely I settled it, promptly, each month, the other evening I received a declaration that my cost was late and that I owed an additional $50.00 to be overdue, and so I named to tell them that it wasn't late and that I had the consideration data to show it the woman stated my data was incorrect and that I needed to spend it or it'd be viewed non payment and submitted to some variety company for that total quantity of $500.00, well I acquired Angry and put up. 5 decades later I begin recieving these rude and unpleasant telephone calls in the workplace of Rubin & Rothman and right now I dont actually recognize the things they are gathering for. First I receive a summons however it dont state where you can proceed, it believed to spend the entire quantity, but icant since I've children to look after and expenses to pay. Two months later I go to my lender to create a deposit and observe that it's freezing, today 8 inspections that I published all rebound and that I owe a little fortune in costs Plus they got all what cash I'd out-of my consideration, and so I contact them to determine how I will get my account unfrozen and also the lady is extremely rude in my experience and also the employee in the lender, nicely I've been spending 10% and I skipped one cost due to Holiday so today they're Garnishing my earnings, anyhow I named to obtain the total amount that I owe which is over $500 nevertheless, that means I've settled multiple of what I owed. How may they escape with that? The disrespect, the rip offs, I perform my bottom down and genuinely believe that people such as this don't have any to do such items to harm me and my loved ones for $500.00, it does not appear right and since they're lawyers they understand how to adhere it to people and obtain away withit.
