Poor customer service, bad haircut

I went within the supercuts in austin tx in walnut mountain. I had been assisted by an ashley, the supervisor and he or she was rude right from the start. From when she got my title, towards the haircutt I attempted to obtain. She could not follow the simplest of instructions. I'll never move there again in addition to I'll document criticism n / shop. I expected for my check out be shaved and that I desired to abandon my sideburns. It appears simple enough, however the very first thing she does is, * my left sideburn! I nearly dropped from the seat! And so I stated, what're you doing! And she served like I never informed her at first to depart the sideburns.
